SUMMARY:Présentation de 2ème année de Askanderou MOUNDI
DESCRIPTION:Askanderou travaille sous l’encadrement de L. Lacarrière et A. Bouibes sur le thème : « CSH degradation process in contact with elements-containing solutions » \nBrief description: \nThis study aims to understand the chemical and structural degradation mechanisms of ordinary calcium silicate hydrates (C-S-H) under various environmental solutions. Through molecular dynanics (MD) simulations\, the stability\, microstructural responses\, and degradation behaviour of C-S-H to environmental conditions\, as well as its chemical transformations\, will be explored. C-S-H will be examined to understand the incorporation and behaviour of different elements such as alkaline hydroxides\, NaCl\, and MgSO₄ into its surface. This research aims to establish a molecular-level framework for predicting C-S-H degradation in aggressive environments\, thereby contributing to the design of next-generation\, durable\, and sustainable CBMs.
