SUMMARY:Présentation 1ère année de thèse de T. Feuardent (INSA GC 110)
Since temperature management accounts for the majority of a building’s energy consumption\, thermal insulation plays a crucial role in the strategy for energy efficiency. Thermal insulation mortars (TIM) offer a solution to reduce energy loss in old buildings while adhering to architectural regulations. Although the literature reports numerous studies aimed at improving the performance of TIM\, few have focused on reducing their environmental impact. The objective of this thesis is therefore to develop a high-performance thermal correction mortar with a minimized environmental impact. This work will involve optimizing an already commercialized TIM and developing lightweight aggregates.
